The Rubin Iron Works full-service state of the art fabrication facility not only provides four different cutting methods, but also has the largest waterjet available in Florida and Georgia. Rubin Iron Work Welding Certification and Qualifications

We are proud to offer many welding procedures, welder qualification, and welder certification capabilities all designed to help our clients validate their welders and that their welding procedure are in accordance with specific codes and standards. (Typically, American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and the American Welding Society (AWS). We also test all aspects of welding procedures and welder performance qualifications by conducting bend testing.

Rubin Iron Works Testing Facility

The Rubin Iron Works weld testing facility is spacious and well-equipped. It is a testing environment where welders will feel comfortable while testing. During the weld testing, our Certified Welding Inspector will observe proper set up and ensure the use of recommended techniques that should deliver quality workmanship for the utilized welding process (SMAW, FCAW, GMAW, and GTAW).

Rubin Iron Works Certified Welding Inspectors will verify all steps are being followed to meet applicable codes or standards. Rubin Iron Works has most common weld test coupons in stock for testing and can provide to customers at a reasonable cost.
